We have five different VIT tiers. Please refer to the VIT Tier section to see the different tiers and all the exciting perks and rewards associated with each one. Higher tier awaits!

Not at all! Once you reach the threshold for the next VIT tier, you will stay in that tier for one year from that date. You can immediately take advantage of the perks of that new tier.

Yes. We may modify, pause, or end the loyalty program (or any part of it) at any time with prior notice. If the program ends, any unused points or rewards may be forfeited without compensation.

Depending on your VIT tier, you will receive different perks and rewards. Please visit our "Ways to Earn Points" section. Create an account to start your VIT journey and receive 50 points right away!

Yes, they expire after 365 days of inactivity. What does "inactivity" mean? In this context, inactivity refers to customers who have not earned or redeemed any points through completing a purchase within the selected time frame.

You will receive points from referring a friend after our 7 day approval period once they complete their purchase. These codes can be used by new customers only.

After completing "add your birthday" you will receive your points after a 7-day pending period. If you entered a birthdate that has already passed, you will receive points the following year.

Redeeming Points

Yes, it can be combined with product discounts, but different types of points redemptions cannot be combined.

No, we offer $5, $10, $15, $20, and $25 discount redemptions based on your tier status at checkout. We also provide the option to redeem points for shipping discounts, up to a maximum of $8 and free products.

Yes, there is a minimum spend required based off your voucher amount. The minimum is the price before taxes and shipping.

  • $5 voucher minimum spend is $15
  • $10 voucher minimum spend is $20
  • $15 voucher minimum spend is $25
  • $20 voucher minimum spend is $30
  • $25 voucher minimum spend is $35

Yes, you must have at least $50 worth of items in your cart in order for the discount to be applied and for the advocate to receive $15 as well.

  • Verify your points balance on the Member page. If you have enough, you'll see an option that says:“Get a free product for xxx points”.
  • Click the “Redeem” button and copy your redemption code.
  • Simply add the product to cart and copy your code at checkout.

We also offer the "Points + $xx" option for redeeming promotional products. Follow these steps to redeem this product with your points:

  • Make sure you are logged into your rewards account.
  • Verify your points balance on the Member page. If you have enough, you'll see an option that says:“Get a free product for xxx points + $xx.
  • Click the “Redeem” button and copy your redemption code.
  • Add to cart → Apply code & pay balance.

Generally, no. All point-redemption products, including those from “Points + $xx” offers, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a refund or points back.
